Vitamin B12 Cyanocobalamin by VetOne

For use as a supplemental nutritive source of Vitamin B12 in cattle, horses, sheep, swine, dogs and cats. Inject subcutaneously and/or intramuscularly.

Each mL Contains: Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B-12) 1000mcg, with sodium chloride 0.22% w/v, ammonium sulfate 0.1% w/v, citric acid 0.01% w/v, sodium citrate 0.008% w/v, and benzyl alcohol 1.0% v/v (preservative).

Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin injection)

Cyanocobalamin is a man-made form of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is important for growth, cell reproduction, blood formation, and protein and tissue synthesis.

Uses
Cyanocobalamin is used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency in people/pets with pernicious anemia and other conditions.Cyanocobalamin may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Dose and Administration
Follow all directions on your prescription label. Do not use this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Use a disposable needle only once. Follow any state or local laws about throwing away used needles and syringes. Use a puncture-proof "sharps" disposal container (ask your pharmacist where to get one and how to throw it away). Keep this container out of the reach of children and pets.

Storage
Store this medication at room temperature away from moisture, heat, and light.
Call your Vet for instructions if you miss a dose.
