1. If you change your mind about a purchase after it has shipped from our pharmacy, simply refuse delivery. Do not open the shipping box and tell the post office you do not accept the package. The post office will return the package to us at no cost to you. Your refund will processed after we recieve the returned product.

2. If after recieving and opening the shipping box you decide to return the product please contact us at 1-855-307-7940 during normal business hours and WITHIN 48 HOURS after delivery so we are aware of the return. Please note: There are no returns accepted or refunds issued on opened or used products.
3.If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to have the product replaced and/or have a claim filed with the delivery carrier if necessary.
4. We will pay for return and replacement shipping for any order errors that are our fault (i.e. wrong product shipped).
5. All claims must be made within 48 hours after you receive your order. We must have the product returned to us within 14 business days from when we originally shipped the product to you for a refund to be issued.
6. You may cancel an order at no cost if it has not yet shipped.
7. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Any product returned due to customer error, refused delivery or buyer regret, will only be refunded purchase price, not the shipping charge.
